How does it work?

Create an order here on our website! You pick the date/time for pick up and delivery. Our driver will be at your door between the scheduled time frames. Check your email/text messages for updates on your order. 

What types of payments do you accept?

For our pick up and delivery service we are only accepting credit/debit card payments. We do not accept cash or apple pay at this time. Please note all orders will need a payment method on file. Your payment method will not be charged until your order is complete and ready for delivery.

Do you offer dry cleaning services?

Unfortunately we do not offer dry cleaning services at this time. Please do not give us items that have been indicated for dry clean only, we will not be responsible for any damage to these items as we cannot check each tag individually.

Can you pickup and deliver to our doorman or leave outside my apartment?

Yes we can, please specify any instructions to the driver in the driver instructions section when creating your order.

Do you offer same day service?

We are able to provide same day service for drop off orders only. Drop off must be before 2PM. There is an additional charge of .30 cents per pound.

***Laundromat Pick Up is not responsible for pre-existing damage on clothes/linens or any items left in pockets that may cause damage to clothes in the wash (i.e. pens, lipsticks, lotions). We assume laundry given to us is ready to go in the washing machine. Please notify us immediately if you recall having left something in your laundry.
